Ipamorelin and Sermorelin are peptides that function like growth hormone releasing peptides (GHRPs). Synthetically created in a lab setting, these peptides function by increasing the amount of growth hormone, which is secreted by the pituitary gland.Increased growth hormone has been found to help prevent stunted growth, in test animals that are lacking this hormone, as well as have influence on injury recovery time, tissues functionality, and regulate the metabolism. What is Ipamorelin

In studies previously done on animal test subjects, it was found that Ipamorelin has the ability to strengthen connective tissue and joints, bone strength, and metabolism. Regardless of studies on peptides it is important to remember that these are not safe for human consumption.
Ipamorelin Side Effects

What is Sermorelin
Similar to Ipamorelin, Sermorelin cause the pituitary gland to release GH in excess of what is naturally produced. In studies done on animal test subjects, Ipamorelin has been found to increase the amount of lean muscle with the development of new muscle cells. It has also shown to possibly have influence on the immune system. This is due to other hormones found to be in excess, along with GH, in the presence of this peptide.
In a few studies, Sermorelin has also been found to increase the natural sleep patterns of test animals. With more sleep can come the release of the naturally occurring GH while less sleep can drastic decrease in the release of Growth Hormone. Studies have shown that growth hormone will release in excess during a deep sleep process.
Sermorelin Side Effects
As with ipamorelin, Sermorelin has a number of different negative side effects such as:
- Difficulty swallowing
- Changes in the perception of taste
- Issues sitting still
Every GHRP will function in slightly different manners. Which one used in a study will be dependent on what the specific item that researchers are looking for.
